* If you receive a notification "Email Address is already used, please use a different value" while you are on 'Create New Account', your email address is linked to an existing Access Nevada Account, and you must use your EXISTING Username and Password to access the NVKIDS - Customer Portal. If someone in your household or family has created an Access Nevada account with the same email address, you will need to provide a new email address to create a new account for the NVKIDS - Customer Portal.
